The information that we collect about you is used solely for the purposes of your Stay with us. We do not disclose any information to any third parties unrelated to your stay with us. All information we hold is deleted once your stay is completed *
* email address:
We retain your email address after your stay for the purposes of sending you information in the future by way of a mail shot. If you have requested that we do not do this then your email address will also be deleted.
Personal details:
Your Address, and Telephone numbers is deleted after the completion of your stay, and any written documents relating to your booking which contain your address and telephone numbers are also destroyed unless you have given us permission to retain these details. If you have asked us to book ferry tickets on your behalf then it is necessary to give your name to the ferry company and also, if applicable, a mobile telephone number which they would use to advise of any change to sailings or disruption to the service. These are not retained once the ticket has been used or expired.
Payment Cards:
If you use our online booking service or pay by credit or debit card while staying with us we retain only the merchant copy of the transaction docket in line with the banks guidelines. In the case of online bookings the details are not retained once payment has been processed.
